A and B start feeding ... That is, A feeds C and B (starting with C) and B feeds D and A (Starting with D). After a complete cycle (two passes), C and D take over feeding.

A - CSBS CSSS B - DSAS DSSS C - ASSS ASDS D - BSSS BSCS

Once everyone is comfortable with the above try adding Ho-Hos!
